- Cancellation requests will be processed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Cancellation is only possible if the service has not yet been initiated.
2.2 Cancellation Fees
- If the service has already been initiated or work has commenced, no refund will be provided.

- We reserve the right to cancel a service at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of resources, technical issues, or violation of our terms and conditions.
- In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
